This is the worst service center I have ever been. Two terrible experiences in the past year and I will never go back. My flex hose ripped off my jeep and I had my personal mechanic replace it, however as soon as he put it on, started the vehicle and just shifted the car in reverse without moving it, the flex hose ripped back off. He determined that my motor mounts were bad, which the shift in the motor caused stress on the flex hose ripping it off. I have a powertrain warranty so I took it to the shop to have it repaired. I have used Cronin's service department for multiple vehicles and they have been awesome every time!
The absolute worst auto shop I have ever been to. The first time I had issues with them I was told repairs would be done in a week. By week two I call and am told parts are back ordered. Over a month later I call and am told that they have the parts but can’t say when they can get to it. I call corporate and file a complaint which resulted in them getting it done the next day. I've been to several dealerships trying to get my truck fixed, and the service people at Cronin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are the best. My truck is a high priority to them and that is a piece of mind to me. Friendly, respectful and prompt service advisor, and I spoke with the technician...top notch. I would highly recommend Cronin's service team...best I've dealt with, by a long shot.
I have been a customer for a few years and hands down best service department in town! The manager Robert and service advisor Colin worked over and above to get my car fixed over the past year to locate a discontinued part and now good as new!! Thanks again for your help!
