My first experience with Cronin was reception of my vehicle when it had been serviced out of state and was shipped back to me. They were great at getting my vehicle back, and when the out of state dealership failed to fix the problem Cronin's service department was incredible at getting my truck back to them and getting me back on the road again. When I purchased my Jeep I was looking for somewhere close to home to have it serviced and just want to say how lucky I am that Cronin CDJR was it!! I have been extremely impressed with their service from beginning to end- everything from booking your appointment to the follow up afterwards and everything in between is top notch! Service was quick, and everyone was so friendly. Waiting area was comfortable and nice. Very polite of people to come check on me and see how I was doing while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced.
Cronin has always been more than wonderful to me each time I've had an oil change or bought new tires. Their pricing is fair and service is timely! I highly recommend them!
