The Cronin service department was awesome! They were friendly and got me in and out quickly for my walk-in oil change and tire rotation!

Cronin's service department is top notch. They have very convenient hours throughout the week and Saturdays as well which is next to unheard of today. I came in without an appointment and they changed the oil, did an inspection and tinted the windows of my wife's grand cherokee. They also changed the tires and TPMS sensors on my gladiator on a Friday 1 hour before close. They are by far the example of what a dealership service department should be.
The parts department, just like all of the teams at Cronin, were fantastic to deal with. I recently bought a set of Mopar half doors for my wife’s jeep. The team did all the research for me on the best doors for my jeep model. All I had to do was review what they found and then pay. They ordered the parts and called me immediately when they came in.
