charged money for a computer scan and failed to detect issues, paid an arm and leg for it, no manual check over of the car itself

Ran over some roadkill which I couldn’t avoid. Clipped some of the plastic under the car and it was making noise. The boys were able to accommodate me and my car, at the drop of the hat. Thanks gentlemen for your help and expertise.
