I have never had an agent work so hard or so tirelessly to sell my home. I actually felt guilty because I barely had to lift a finger. Denise not only prepared my home and staged it within 30 days, but also sold my house in record time and for a record price (4 offers in one weekend!). On the back end ,she helped me negotiate the best deal and the close went incredibly smooth and I walked away with a big check. Would I use her again you ask? I would not use anyone else!

Talk about talent! Denise is a “Real” Real estate agent that knows how to get a transaction across the finish line with flying colors. Even when that finish line requires several challenges, back and forth negotiations, repairs or additional unforeseen work, Denise will come through and make it all look like routine work at play, always going the extra mile for her clients.
