In the beginning of our contemptuous relationship with this firm, Mr. Israels made promises that sounded wonderful yet proved to be falsehoods. Above all, we were promised a restraining order against a harassing lessor, but on the day of the hearing, Mr. Israels simply changed his mind. We were left, to the letter, high and dry. Sam made googley eyes at me my sister and niece while we were meeting with him. This made us uncomfortable yet we hired him nonetheless only to have multiple passes made at us and our other female relatives. Staff is very incompetent and uncaring. Expect to hold 9 to 19 hours any time you might call. Emails will never ever be returned also. It is impossible to talk to your attorney nearly always. Lawyers here don't keep their promises. I decided to find other representation when Mr. Israels tried to make advances towards my wife and was rude when she called him on his inappropriate behavior. No more.
Attorney Israels originally came highly recommended by another attorney who I’ve now lost respect for named Bijan Shikaboo. In the end, my experience with this horrid law firm deserves zero (0) stars but Google doesn’t allow the correct rating that it ought to be. The situation with Attorney Israels became quite vexed within seconds of my paying him a retainer. Immediately he went from sweet and warm to cold and nasty. I feel very strongly that attorney Sam Israels outrageously lied to me and my family It seems that he cons his clients into paying more fees than he actually earns. I would rather take a loss than be strung along any further. Waste of time money and effort if you ask me.
