I've just contacted the Cromwell Realty in regards of getting an apartment. Thet just leased the last apartment so I asked to be on a waiting list where they contact you the moment they know when a lease is ending and they have an opening, she said they do not want the responsibility of contacting everyone to find out if they still want the apartment, this is ridiculous in my opinion that you would not want to fill the complex with tenants.
