First time ordering. Waiting over an hour. Deliver guy calls me for directions as if we aren't in 2017 with GPS systems. I asked for a cash refund because I can't wait for days I was told no. He brought it to a lady twice who tried to direct him. Phone lady is trying hard, but nothing is getting my food here. I'm hungry unable to leave work. NEVER AGAIN. Unless the food is completely free.
Asked for bread with my lobster ravioli , all I got was a delivery guy that didn't understand English and a lot of lip service, boo !!!
First time going here to pick up a pizza and was extremely unimpressed with the poor service, stood at the counter for about ten minutes and was never even acknowledged. This does not happen up the street at Freddy's. I think I'll stick with them.....much better service and friendlier staff.
We love Cromwell Pizza and Pasta. Been here over 20 times! Food is fantastic. Service is warm and friendly and it's BYOB too. Plus they have entertainment on Friday nights.
My family and I regularly order from here. We have never been disappointed by any of the dishes and have ordered quite an assortment of food. Always fresh and great service delivery or pickup.
I love the seafood pizza. Best place in the area. Owner needs a nice girlfriend to settle down. Ideal candidate will be 30-38, no kids, like wine with dinner over beer, adventuresome to fly on single engine plane, trips to Brazil. Must have some self income. Kids would be nice. Owner will follow your lead. Owner has minor issues such as does not like sweets. Who doesn't like Chunky Monkey, Chipwich or New York cheesecake after dinner?! Needs a deeper appreciation of the finer things in life. Are you the one?
I recommend the red pizza and highly recommend the Italian combo grinder sandwich: one of the best ham sandwiches I ever had.
