I would have given zero Stars if that was an option. I lived at 1700 West Avenue it was a triplex that was managed by Cromwell management I lived on an end unit. beginning about a year prior to July 19th or 2024 I started noticing roaches coming in my bedroom and I also noticed that the Newton is that had just moved into the middle unit that I share a wall with were absolutely filthy people. I have never worked with a housing company who took so seriously the needs of their renters. Between COVID and the ice storm from hell, Cromwell stepped up and immediately took care of everything my family needed. I recently moved out of a home I was renting through Cromwell. I called to notify them we would not be renewing our lease a month in advance. They told me I would need to give written notice. I gave written notice a month in advance. They said I skipped out and did not notify them.
