I called this morning 10-10-25 because I had no heat. The girl that took my call could not give a time but said it would be today. The service man arrived at 11:00 and by 12:30 I had heat. The young man who came was a gentleman, he quoted me a price and I agreed. This is the first time I called for service from Cromwell Energy and it was a pleasure to have them. If anyone out there needs service this is definitely the Company to call.

Just had a new combi system installed by Tom and his team. They were very professional and even clean up the basement for me. I got nothing but best praises on their job well done!
