Very bad experience at this shop. Don't spend your time to a place where they don't respect either you or your money. Terrible customer service. Not only they refuse to make changes but they treat the customers with horrible manners if they ask for a change. I was treated in the most rude of manners by an employee there when I asked to change a necklace. She told me they don't change things and that I should know this.
