We’ve bought 2 houses in 2 different cities with Cromer and Comany and had great experiences both times. They listened to our wants and needs and exceeded our expectations each time.
Owner is unethical. From theft, to shady business dealings, we were more than unhappy. She also promised us a certain percentage and a wedding gift if we used her, she took a higher percentage and barely even spoke at our closing, not even as much as a bottle of wine even though we gave her thousands in commission since she represented us selling and buying.
