RecommendedHighly knowledgeable, friendly, honest and had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.
I had my trucks transmission rebuilt at the beginning of the year and 2 weeks later my transmission is blown out again. I take it back for my warrant and they refuse to fix it saying I abused it and ran it dry. I picked it up this afternoon to find out that they never actually tightened my transfer case to my transmission so I was going through fluids excessively.
No better service than Crom Transmission and Automotive. Honest & Dependable!

Called Croms today in a panic to have my sons truck looked at ! After Another transmission shop broke a part off of it . Also wanted to charge 2 legs and 1 arm for it to be fixed 😳I know right !!!! Bob got on the phone with me I told him the problem he said no problem bring it here . I will fix it in a few hours and he did jus that ! Didn’t pay a lot either ! He was very nice and very knowledgeable for sure 😊 HIGHLY recommend this place !!!!!!
They fixed my transmission and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone is so sweet and truly care about the work they put into your vehicle
I brought Bob a 1986 transmission for my treasured hot rod. He rebuilt it quickly and gave me thorough advice on parts available and pros/cons for my application. After I drove just a few miles, I lost first gear. I brought Bob the car this time and every time I drove by, it was inside out of the weather. He repaired the transmission for free even though the part that broke was not a part he worked on the first time. I have driven hundreds of miles since with no problems.
