I was relieved when we received notice that Dr. Croke was retiring. Had he not retired, I was preparing a formal complaint to the medical board regarding his neglect and concerning behavior. Upon each visit, I was ignored and rushed through my visit with none of my concerns ever being acknowledged or addressed. The final straw was when my insurance company agreed to pay for a more expensive medicine after I tried step therapy and had side effects from another medicine they asked me to try first. Dr Croke was a wonderful and competent Dr up until the end where it became apparent he had stayed too long. You can't blame him, he loved what he did. However his staff were a joke. Rude, incompetent, and a waste of flesh. They could literally do nothing right. Every single time I needed a refill it was BS about they sent it but the pharmacy insisting they didn't receive it. Dr Croke has been wonderful with both myself and wife. He pays attention to details and has a caring attitude.
