Mr. Crognale was the general contractor for major remodeling work performed in my home. His experience, knowledge, and organizational skills were second to none which resulted in a perfect job timely done under budget. At all times during the job, Mr. Crognale was the consummate professional and the work was exemplary.

Stay far away from Pat at Crognale and Associates. He doesn't show up to work on a regular basis and wants to work whenever its convenient for him. He will not tell you in advance when he is coming, nor will he tell you when the job will be completed. He will have you waiting forever on your job to be completed. He will straight up lie to your face and ignore your phone calls and emails when you ask him to come into work and finish the job. Once he gets your deposit, he will leave you with an incomplete job. I hired Pat from Crognale to do plumbing work under a General Contractor John Barfield from Image Custom Homes. I was grossly overcharged for work that he had done incorrectly and contrary to the permit approved by the city. I ultimately fired the main GC, which was Pat's longtime friend, and had the new GC of record meet with Pat to see if he was interested in completing the job that he had signed on for.
