This place is filthy dirty. The grounds are in major need of repair, the hallways are filthy; too. Tenants are now charged for trash removal, water, and your electric. You might think I sound a bit silly because I added electric. Paying for the electric just started. The complex has been sold 3 times since I was told to move from there. They did me a huge favor.
