Strand Pond resident.Extremely poor service. Slow response time. Seems to make excuses for issues that need to be addressed. Homeowners meetings are a joke. Board members and Property manager think they walk on water and need to be replaced......
Very bad company.
On Monday, November 13 2017 crews employed by GJ Romig Property Management, under the contract of Crofton Perdue Associates (Property Manager Constance Simmons) blocked Burlwood Drive, a public road, from any traffic passing as they blew leaves. I waited for minutes for them to move, but they did not. Even after I sounded my horn for minutes, they did not respond. I lived at Westage at Hart's Woods for over a decade. I have seen significant improvements since Crofton-Perdue took over management. The management and staff do a good job in circumstances that make no one happy all the time. However, I have seen quick responsiveness to problems-leaks, basement storage issues. Roof replacement, new pool, and recent efforts to reduce non-resident traffic as well as great looking lawns, are all reasons to congratulate the Crofton-Perdue gang. Stan Marshall
