My wife and I have experienced most of, if not all of the complaints from the other 1 star reviews. We have been at this practice for about 3 years and had stayed and decidedly worked with the issues due to the convenience of the location. But everyone is super friendly and they care, it just seems very disorganized.
I waited a month for an appointment, then the day before they cancelled it and told me that seeing Dr. Williams now requires an annual payment of $2100. Highly recommend you avoid this place.
Lovely place & people. Actually listen and care for you and explain your Diagnosis and treatment throughly. Very acessable if needed.
I love the staff! I can't thank them enough for how they've treated me with kindness, laughter and compassion. I'm moving far away but I'll drive 50mn to see Dr Williams that's how much I love them.
Don't bother considering this practice. Avoiding this practice will save you time, stress, and frustration. Doctor Williams was about 15/20 minutes late for the introductory televisit and could barely sit still to listen during the conversation. Even after providing all the necessary contact and insurance information before the meeting they tried to bill me directly instead of going through my insurance.
