I first enrolled with Dr. Williams immediately upon retiring from the US Army. 20+ years of Army Medicine had me anxious as to whether or not that I would find a Primary Care Physician. I had options to include the VA. To date, I have never used my VA medicine benefits. This is how much I value my experience at Crofton Family Practice. Dr Williams listened to all my issues and helped me understand my diagnosis or what I needed to do.
My wife and I have experienced most of, if not all of the complaints from the other 1 star reviews. We have been at this practice for about 3 years and had stayed and decidedly worked with the issues due to the convenience of the location. But everyone is super friendly and they care, it just seems very disorganized.
I waited a month for an appointment, then the day before they cancelled it and told me that seeing Dr. Williams now requires an annual payment of $2100. Highly recommend you avoid this place.
