I have been a customer for over 15 years for servicing my 3 different RVs and towing requirements. The staff always treats you as a valued customer. Here’s an example, all of my trailers required a hitch towing stabilizer/anti sway system. The staff and Nick is the service technician are very knowledgeable and selected the equipment required. Just buy online. This place is far from a trailer parts store. They sell trailers and kinda maybe sorta have some parts. And no attempt to help you find what you need. Guess the catalog is good for toilet paper or fire starter.
I go in for a shorted wire because my trailer brakes stopped working, charged me a good price to do both plugs I appreciated that… but then it stopped working again the same problem but they kinda got rude and pushed me off to the back of the line like everyone elses trailer was more important, Ill just be going somewhere else from now on no matter the cost.
