Thanks Will and team. Exceptional service in honesty. Repaired my plug for my tow vehicle and the cord that was wired wrong at the RV dealer.
I'm not sure how they do any business here. I tried to call 4 different times recently with no answer. I did finally leave a message the last time over a week ago stating exactly what hitch I wanted to order and have installed on my vehicle. Nobody ever called me back. 3 stars I guess as to not drag the rating down too much since others seem to love this place. I e-mailed one of their local competitors instead and they got me taken care of immediately.
They have everything for trailers !

Be careful of what you buy from here, the prices in the aisles are not what they are when you make it to the counter. Charged me an extra 20 dollars a chain before tax from what the sticker said. I went ahead and bought the chains to not make it awkward but be rest assured I will never come here again or suggest to friends and family. That's beyond messed up to do that to someone
