05/05/26: Old: Croft Trailer Supply really treated me right. They estimated that it would take four days to do the repairs (mainly replace two axles) on my trailer and had it done in one! I left there feeling confident that they had given every system of my trailer, from axles, to wiring, to brakes a sufficient once over and that I should be good to go! Look somewhere else if you need a hitch receiver installed on your vehicle. We had this location install a hitch onto our Traverse to hold a bike rack or pull a small trailer for a motorcycle. Nothing outside of the vehicle’s capacity. Within 6 months and having never used it, the wiring harness started causing issues with exterior lights - potentially a big safety issue. Excellent service all around. Sarah is especially kind and helpful. The service at the front by all associates was top notch, and my vehicle was hitched up quickly and at a reasonable price.
