This branch has Terrible customer service. Refused to work with a repeat client over the delivery/pick up locations and times.
I very rented from the company before and never had any problems. Today was very different I rented a 16 in. chainsaw when I got ready to use it, it came apart. When ask for a replacement I was denied and when I ask for my money back I was denied. I'll find else where to rent equipment.
This place sucks. Absolutely horrible customer service. Didn’t give me all of the parts to the tool I needed. Had to go back and get it. They offered me no discount for the troubles. Not to mention the fact that the tool was the wrong tool. When it was all said and done, they offered me three dollars back. Screw this place I would suggest not going here.
Had a terrible experience. Lifts were very old and did not work had to have them fixed once. Then When Thy broke again they could not get them loaded so they charged me an extra delivery fee. You are better off using any other company you can. We had two 26' foot lifts and will never do it again.
