Quality 30-ton log splitter that ran like a charm; customer service was efficient, easy and personable. Great place to work with!
Lady who runs the customer service desk at the Wyandotte County/ KCK location has an terrible attitude and shouldn't be in customer service. She saw us come in and proceeded to leave the front desk. The store is a mess. When asked about how pricing or the price scale works when we were dropping off, she got hateful and told us "I didn't make you rent this equipment". All she had to say is I'm sorry there are no advantages to bringing back equipment early or only using for a few hours then returning. End of story. Shouting at... read more
What a class company! Leaf blower was dying, so after trying to fix it, decided to take it in for a tune up. Assistant said it is a 4 wk. wait, but I said no problem. He then suggested it may be the spark arrestor. I told him that I took it out and cleaned it as best as I could. He sold me a new one and told me to bring the blower back if it was still bogging down. Replacing did the trick and I will be a customer for the rest of my life. Thank you!!
