Lady who runs the customer service desk at the Wyandotte County/ KCK location has an terrible attitude and shouldn't be in customer service. She saw us come in and proceeded to leave the front desk. The store is a mess. When asked about how pricing or the price scale works when we were dropping off, she got hateful and told us "I didn't make you rent this equipment". What a class company! Leaf blower was dying, so after trying to fix it, decided to take it in for a tune up. Assistant said it is a 4 wk. wait, but I said no problem. He then suggested it may be the spark arrestor. I told him that I took it out and cleaned it as best as I could. He sold me a new one and told me to bring the blower back if it was still bogging down. Replacing did the trick and I will be a customer for the rest of my life. Thank you!!
Horrible products, not maintained, and twice the price of other rental services. The tow dolly we got had a flat tire, no working tail lights, and one of them was screwed on so poorly, it fell off on the highway! At twice the price of other rental places -- stay away!
