Very bad!!! Pot heads running the development. It went from ok to the worst!! Melissa and John are terrible and they smoke. If I could give a negative star I would. The only reason I gave 1 start is the site forced me!!!!!
There was no negative star. THE WORST!!! Manager EVER Melissa and her good friend maintenance John are pot heads!! Croft, in your best interest you need to review your staff. You're hiring trash and letting good tenants go.
Very poor with the new management. Manager and maintenance man are best friends. Melissa, the new manager actually talks to her certain friends about other tenants and their issues. I called her out on it to her manager and I'm being kicked out! This place is a joke!!!!! They're dopers trying to run a complex. Herman and kittle, can not get a hold of them, even my attorney couldn't. Croft is a write off and they dont give a rat's ass about the tenants!!!!!
