They only tell you what you want to hear. Don't trust them!!!
Follow up lacks in the service department, no one will follow up and communicate when you have appointments scheduled for service. Warranty claims have no urgency, you will have to call them if you want to push anything to try and get your parts ordered. They tell you to text them but they don't ever respond once you do text them. Needs to work on communication in the service department.
We've had our boat in for warranty and other services a couple of times and have found a complete lack of communication from the service department about the status of our boat and their workmanship, cleanliness, and attention to detail is awful. We dropped our G25 off to them in October 2024 and they told me it was done on January 13 - no communication from them about the status of the boat until then.
