I just took my 2015 Nautique G25 here to get serviced. I dropped it off on Friday. Initially they said they would have some info on the boat that day. After having to call several times i finally got a diagnosis the following Tuesday. They replaced the impeller and gave it an oil change for $1400. The boat was still overheating. I took it to another mechanic, they added some coolant and replaced the impeller for $600 dollars. That’s weird it’s just supposedly replaced. I’m never doing business with this place again! I recently bought a new Nautique here. They had exactly what I wanted so I made the drive up from St. George to get it. I was able to negotiate a fair deal over the phone and went to pick it up. When I got to the dealership Hayden had it all ready to go. He even had my favorite tunes playing. He gave me the rundown on everything and made sure I was confident when I pulled away. I bought my 2025 Yahama boat last year, and Hayden, my sales rep really took care of us. He was super knowledgeable on the boat and made sure to get me taken care of quickly. The team a Nautique boats of Utah in a while did great. Got my impellers swapped out for high altitude (included with purchase) and when they ran into issues, had no problem getting required part covered under warranty. Weather looking for a Yamaha jet boat or something a little bit more, these guys will get you taken care of!
