This company does the minimum. My company pays 40k a year for insurance and has never had a claim, until a fraudster made a false claim. Instead of investigation, Croft claimworks decided the island where the fraudster lived was “too far” for someone to look onsite and simply honored the fraudsters claim. He even admitted on the phone what he did.
They merely represent the insurance company in the claim. Super awesome way for them to use it for crappy customer service. They mailed a check to me for the damage to my car and it never showed. A month later my car is fixed and I still haven't received compensation. They refuse to mail anything tracked..
