They helped on a simple problem last minute after several calls to other places who stated that they had no idea what to do if the air conditioning vent fell from the ceiling. They came out and fixed it; the office staff and the service was excellent.
Technician Andy C. arrived 5 minutes early, after phoning Croffoot 1 working day prior in Arizona's 110 degree heat, that is great service. It took Andy only 10 minutes to diagnose small problem and resolve it. The A/C unit is 12 years old and Andy mentioned it, but said everything was operating properly. Service call and small repair was $65.00, unbelievable in this day and age. My hat is off to Croffoot Heating and A/C for their fine service and honesty!!!
