Very clean, lovely staff, no complaints
This is the dirtiest play centre I have ever been too. Everything is old, grimey and half if it doesn't work. The owners need to put some love into this place and hire a full time cleaner. $12 entry for a toddler and theres nothing in the toddler aread anymore. No toys. Just the slide and bouncy castle. This is Fouuuuul. Its not even hard to reach spots its everywhere a parent wouldnt usually see
Everything is coated in a thick layer of sticky dust. Our first and ONLY visit was thankfully on a deal day, so it only cost us $2, and we left after about 15 minutes, but even if it had cost $20 we would've left just as quick. The "toddler area" is pretty big, our 2.5 year old struggled to climb up the structure and was too scared to use the huge slide. A massive thank you to the team at Crocs Joondalup who went above and beyond when I accidentally booked the wrong Crocs branch for my daughter’s party. They fit me in at the last minute and rallied around to get the party room and food ready for me at 5 minutes notice. The girls had a wonderful time and were none the wiser to mummy’s epic fail!!
Good experience, the food is really good and so are the go karts
