Rey and his teammate exceeded expectations. On time, as quiet as possible, very professional and courteous, and top-quality work. I could tell they really care about making things right.
Communication with the office was excellent from first contact. I love how they will do everything via text. Timely notice was given prior to tech arrivals. Rey and his team were professional, thorough, and did excellent work. The guy checking and setting traps was great too. Overall I recommend highly.
Had rats in our house, they had gotten into the crawl space and our attic. We called Crocodile Dave. No, more rats. Dave came out and ahowed us all the places tgeyvwere getting in and how his team could fix it. The crew was on time, hard working, and polite. They cleaned up everything and left my yard looking better than when they got there. Problem solved, money well spent. Thank you!!!
I reached out when I found definite signs of a rats in my new place immediately after moving in. Imagine my shock when they said they couldn’t even come for an inspection for a month. Not even fixing it- just see what’s going on. The $45 inspection fee was reasonable enough, but not the delay. I guess that’s one way to get more money out of people, with the way rodents breed! After researching several companies, I chose Crocodile Dave to handle a "critter" problem in the attic. Their technicians Rey and Eloy were fantastic with the exclusion work in both the attic and the crawlspace. They kept me apprised of how things were progressing, took tons of before and after photos and made sure I understood all the benefits in the contract such as the year guarantee.
