They did a really good job in terms of updates.
My car was damaged in a parking lot nearby and I was referred to Anderson Behel by my insurance company. When I arrived they had all of my paperwork, called the insurance company, and went over the entire process of getting my car repaired in a lot of detail. It sounds like a couple people have had a hit or miss with Anderson. I haven't had much reason to go to a repair shop in the past so I can't comment on their prices, but their customer service and quality of work is great. From day one, I received calls updating me on the progress and what the next step was in order to get my car repaired. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, both on the phone and in person. This was my first car accident ever and I was unsure on how to go about getting my car fixed. My insurance company recomended me to you so I made my first phone call to Anderson Behel and was fortunate to talk to Marriah. She not only answered all of my questions with patience, but she reassured me that none of my questions were silly.
