I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Lori at Crockett Septic after I included a note in our payment concerned with them being a little more expensive then the previous company we dealt with. She sent a nice card and note with an explanation of why and even sent us a little treat. This was beyond what I expected and just because of them reaching out to us, we will use them again in the future. Thanks Lori!

I'm a contractor in Southeastern WI with our get-a-way home on Camelot. I worked with George and Lori to evaluate my septic system prior to the purchase in 2017. Service and performance were great and George was extremely knowledgeable and informative during the evaluation. Last weekend I arrived to find my system "frozen" (pretty common this winter based on the extremely cold weather and infrequent use).
