I’ve personally watched their builds from scratch to finish and they take pride in the detail and work that goes into it so their customers have no issues. They pick amazing products and layouts to maximize space for tenants! Love their work!
We bought a brand new build in a brand new subdivision. When we did our walk-through with the builders agent and the construction foreman, before closing there was a list of items that needed to be fixed. It's been over a year and we're STILL trying to get the same items fixed. At this point they don't even return our messages, calls or anything. This company is completely unreliable and the building is subpar. We've bought new builds before and NEVER have come across the issues we have with this company. Do yourself a favor... read more
