I would not recommend using this company to build. We were told our build would take six months, which ended up being 11 months. Promises made and not kept. We had to manage our own project and as time passed, they became less responsive to our calls and emails. Please thoroughly research your builder, ask for references from some their recent clients and ask about their satisfaction during the build and of their final product. Overall, our building experience was a complete disaster and I would not recommend this builder to anyone. At times, our home sat for weeks without any work being completed and when questioned we would receive nothing but excuse after excuse. We were verbally told that our ranch, which is approximately around 1640 square feet on the 1st floor should take six months to complete.
