This Dr is a joke. I have a bulging L5 and 2 fractures in my T12 and he claimed he couldn't see them on my chart. He rushed me into spinal injections that are not FDA approved and refused to give me a prescription for pain medication.

This guy is a joke. I’ve been dealing with chronic sciatic pain in my right leg. Doctor Crockett comes in and has me stand up, bend forward and backwards. Sit down on the table while he checks my reflexes, Then I lie down on the table and he bends my legs up and side to side. He says “you need an injection” and then leaves the room saying “nice to meet you”. Didn’t even ask me any questions other than where I was hurting. Went in with a foot, knee and hip pain. Was told (without examination) that I was walking differently to accommodate my foot. Did not address my pain in hip at all. 2 months later I spoke to my pc an my check up and with a 30 second examination he determined I had IT band syndrome. A simple exam and a cortisone shot took away 100% hip pain and 70% of foot pain. Sorry to say, none of my relief was provided by Dr Crockett.
