There is a lot of rats pee on elevator
The cheap price for spacious rooms were not worth the awful smells inside and outside of the buildings(pee, beer, and smoke), the building always seems to be unlocked from the outside as the leasing agent just told us to let ourselves in to tour and there were signs everywhere saying if you don’t live there to get out (completely unsafe and unprofessional) We couldn’t even get into a room we wanted to tour, just felt like we were being jerked around. The manager never answers the tenants and the people that do answer the calls are horrible when providing updates. They’ll overcharge you on rent, your package will be stolen and they’ll do nothing about it, and they’ll try to charge you for things that make no sense. With the way the market is right now you can pay the same price for MUCH BETTER customer service. They’re charging $1175 for a one bedroom and they can’t even keep their tenants taken care of. Despicable treatment from the management. They let someone from my troubled past take the apartment right next to me despite me asking them not to. When I asked for a new unit they told me none are available. I have since seen multiple people move into units I would have liked to have. Management has not tried to fix this living situation for me, in fact I feel like they’re giving me the run-around. In addition to this, they overcharge on rent.
