The manager never answers the tenants and the people that do answer the calls are horrible when providing updates. They’ll overcharge you on rent, your package will be stolen and they’ll do nothing about it, and they’ll try to charge you for things that make no sense. With the way the market is right now you can pay the same price for MUCH BETTER customer service. They’re charging $1175 for a one bedroom and they can’t even keep their tenants taken care of. Despicable treatment from the management. They let someone from my troubled past take the apartment right next to me despite me asking them not to. When I asked for a new unit they told me none are available. I have since seen multiple people move into units I would have liked to have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TOURING THIS PLACE!!! This place is disgusting. Management is god awful. The guy I was talking to ( I believe his name is Nevo Shnider on Facebook) was okay at first, but when I arrived at the apartment to take a tour, I found myself lost with no one around to let me in the building. Lived there for 7 years, a new company bought the building and they are Horrible management. Pipes bursted and nothing done about it for weeks. No on sight manager & the manager ghosted me after saying they were going to help (jessica) . Do not move in there, it will only cause you headaches.
