Horrible people. My husband, myself, and my nine-year-old daughter applied for one of their rental locations. Met with them, and had the best experience. They approved our application, and set us to move in this weekend. We were supposed to grab the keys today 11/14. Mr. Crocker and his business partners (Sanderson Homes, Condict Landscaping & Excavation and soil scientists (Richard and Jordan Henderson) were collectively paid around $30,000 to test, design, get appropriate permits and install two septic systems on our property.
