My daughter feels very comfortable with the staff and has had no issues. They answer questions and make sure you know what's going on and what will happen at your upcoming appointment.
From day one any worries were put at ease with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff! From the minute you walk in the door until leaving it is a seamless process! Dr. Crock not only made my oldest son feel comfortable, but took time to talk to my youngest son (who is not a patient)! The atmosphere is relaxed which has helped my oldest son feel at ease with the entire process of his time in braces! I highly recommend Crock Orthodontics to anyone who I talk to!
We have never had a bad experience at Crock Orthodontics. All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We looked forward to our appointments and teeth look amazing. I recommend everyone I can to become a patient.
