My son found a Bald-faced hornet nest in our front tree last week that had gone unnoticed all summer. I was a pest control technician for 9 years but got out of the industry in 2017, so I know how aggressive and dangerous these wasps can be. Ismaila arrived on time, prepared to work with a positive attitude, always a bonus. Tyler was very thorough, spent more than 5 minutes ( unlike the last tech). He asked to treat inside our shed and garage. Seemed to really like his job. We are happy to have a new tech as we were previously looking for a new pest control company. Thank you Tyler for being so awesome. TNT
Ryan, our technician is absolutely awesome! He’s very thorough with his inspections and treatment of our property! Today he stopped on his way home to take care of a dying rat in our yard. I wish all customer service was as good as his!
Tyler was polite and professional. He communicated well and completed the job in a timely manner. I also appreciated that he shut my gates behind him and was understanding that I didn’t have time to lock the dogs up before he knocked. I was able to lock them in and allow him to finish working without them bothering him.
