Ryan has been our technician for every quarterly service since September 2023, and his notes after each visit say everything you need to know about the kind of professional he is. He’s thorough, dewebbing and treating the eaves, exterior foundation, window trim, light fixtures, both porches, and garage every single time. Tyler was polite and professional. He communicated well and completed the job in a timely manner. I also appreciated that he shut my gates behind him and was understanding that I didn’t have time to lock the dogs up before he knocked. I was able to lock them in and allow him to finish working without them bothering him.

Ryan always does a fantastic job. He doesn't skimp. He is very thorough and he is enthusiastic about his job and it shows. When other door-to-door pest control sales reps come around I tell them there is no way I'm going to change from Croach.

I called this morning because we found a bold face hornet nest the size of a basketball! I'm allergic to hornets so they said they were going to get a technician out at the end of the day. Alexander was out around 5:30 pm and left at about 8 pm. The nest was built around a few branches and required being cut out. Alexander worked diligently and removed the nest then checked the property for any others. We have been Croach customers for years now and couldn't be happier with their technicians. Tyler continues to do a does a great job with Croach Pest services. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly.
