Ryan has been our technician for every quarterly service since September 2023, and his notes after each visit say everything you need to know about the kind of professional he is. Tyler was great. He was polite and offered extra services if I need, to just call for help anytime. He explained ant are present in the area right now. He discussed our next service call for clover mites and how to best prevent them this spring. We had some small talk about the Army and Vicenza, Italy. It was fun to make that connection.
Ian Frazier completed the quarterly pest control service yesterday, May 7th. He began, as usual, by inspecting the crawl space and found no evidence of activity in that area. He then proceeded to treat the garage by replacing the glue traps, and then sprayed both the interior and exterior seams. His exterior inspection then revealed new ant activity in a number of areas outside the house, including along fences. Ryan, our technician is absolutely awesome! He’s very thorough with his inspections and treatment of our property! Today he stopped on his way home to take care of a dying rat in our yard. I wish all customer service was as good as his!
Hugo and Cesar arrived on time ready to take care of the various issues within our crawl space. They answered our questions and gave us details as to what was done. They obviously worked very hard and took pride in their work. Thank you for a job well done.
