My son found a Bald-faced hornet nest in our front tree last week that had gone unnoticed all summer. I was a pest control technician for 9 years but got out of the industry in 2017, so I know how aggressive and dangerous these wasps can be. Ismaila arrived on time, prepared to work with a positive attitude, always a bonus. Tyler was great. He was polite and offered extra services if I need, to just call for help anytime. He explained ant are present in the area right now. He discussed our next service call for clover mites and how to best prevent them this spring. We had some small talk about the Army and Vicenza, Italy. It was fun to make that connection.
Maxwell did a fabulous job of getting the place sprayed, bait boxes reset and discussing a situation with my husband and then looking into it. He went ahead and helped get us set up with the part of the team that does the crawl space and attic rodent potential access. We really appreciate Maxwell's attention to details and willingness to listen and act.
Max was very friendly and took the time to explain the process he will be using to get rid of my moles. Overall, a positive and satisfying experience with Max and Croach Pest Control. I would definitely recommend Croach to others. Thank you for a job well done!
Tyler was very thorough, spent more than 5 minutes ( unlike the last tech). He asked to treat inside our shed and garage. Seemed to really like his job. We are happy to have a new tech as we were previously looking for a new pest control company. Thank you Tyler for being so awesome. TNT
