I had drop foot, fell on my face and busted out my two front teeth. I had them done separately and CRN did the shading for both, about 2 years apart, maybe. The first tooth came out a little gray, which I noticed more with the Invisalign tray I had to wear for 7 months. It looks better without the tray. They didn't show me the tooth and I didn't think to ask but do ask...you should be able to say if you approve of the shading (which I did the 2nd time and he was uncomfortable by it). Terrible delays & customer service! a Cases take over a month plus which any other lab take max 3 weeks. Worked in dental field for over 30 yrs & used this lab at several offices. Same issues. People who answer the phone don't know anything & are rude. When you have to continually call them for cases that were to arrive and still haven't they act like it's not a big deal & say "oh someone should have call you but don't know why they no one did!" Were definitely considering others labs due to the problems.
Had a good experience here starting from the receptionist down to the specialist technician. Accommodating and got a feeling of trust that you’re on a good hand to take care of your need. Jason is knowledgeable on his field and provides the best options to customers.
