Don’t even waste your time , very unresponsive
I had such a wonderful experience with Jenna for my wax appointment! She was warm, kind, and sweet - making me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Her attention to me and her gentle technique made the entire process incredibly smooth and comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work. I am such a big fan of Jenna. She’s bubbly, polite, respectful and offers a fantastic waxing experience. However you don’t get only Jenna if you’re a customer of Creme and Sugar Aesthetics; Kristen comes with her. I think Kristen is resentful, obnoxious, unprofessional and unable to regulate her emotions. It’s a shame Kristen ruins it for Jenna.
