I got my prom dress at crème couture in 2019, and now my wedding dress this year in 2025! Both experiences have been incredible. My consultant this year was Kenzie and she did a fantastic job taking care of me and bringing my vision to life. I found the perfect gown quicker than I could have imagined without feeling rushed at all! They treated my guests very well and answered all of my grandmas questions. Such an amazing experience at Crème! Would recommend this store to anyone and everyone for their wedding dress!
In my opinion, the way this store operates is very misleading and unprofessional. When I first tried on my wedding dress, the stylist clipped me tightly into the gown to show a beautiful, sculpted silhouette. I was told this was the same style I would be ordering. When the actual dress arrived, it fit me perfectly in size, but the entire shape and silhouette were completely different. Great experience here! They help narrow down what feels and looks best to you. All the staff were absolutely lovely, I think it was Hannah helping me and she is the sweetest! She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable in a nervous situation. I absolutely love my dress and was extremely satisfied with the service! Thank you for being apart of something special, I highly recommend!
