The office is rude beyond rude that's your problem there. Everything if it gets fixed at all, it's done very cheaply and done wrong. Duct tape, other cheap improper ways of fixing things, just in general very unprofessional maintenance work they spend more time on there phones then actually working. Alot of people in parkedge complain constantly with no reply. Same complaints. Some people waiting years for work that can be done in 20 minutes. We are having a heat advisory in the area here in Johnstown NY. It is unconscionable that management has told elderly and disabled residents that they cannot use their window air conditioners. This can be a serious medical issue for the elderly. Is CRM ready for possible liability issues?
They always take my name and number when I have a complaint.Because I live in one of their buildings that's managed by C, R, M, but they never get back to me.This has to be like the fifth time I've gone in there.Well , don't worry about it , I'll get back to them
They've proven over and over and OVER to be SLUM landlords. Standing water in halls. Dangerous stairways. Packed garbage chutes. SECURITY breaking into people's units without permission. CRM takes responsibility for NOTHING and pretend to be concerned. Save this review for the class action lawsuit.
