This review is for Ashfield Apartments in Latham, ny. If Dave is, in fact, approaching retirement, he will be very, very missed. It’s not easy to replace someone who has consistently given so much of himself to the people around him. The ladies in the office at Greenway in Baldwinsville are absolutely amazing and so helpful. I have been working with Sandi and she is an absolute doll. 10/10 welcoming environment.
I had such a wonderful experience with Sandi at Greenway Apartments! She was absolutely amazing throughout my application process and was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind—not only with me, but with my daughter as well. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. The office is rude beyond rude that's your problem there. Everything if it gets fixed at all, it's done very cheaply and done wrong. Duct tape, other cheap improper ways of fixing things, just in general very unprofessional maintenance work they spend more time on there phones then actually working. Alot of people in parkedge complain constantly with no reply. Same complaints. Some people waiting years for work that can be done in 20 minutes.
