They've proven over and over and OVER to be SLUM landlords. Standing water in halls. Dangerous stairways. Packed garbage chutes. SECURITY breaking into people's units without permission. CRM takes responsibility for NOTHING and pretend to be concerned. Save this review for the class action lawsuit.
I've been here in Clinton plaza apartments for seven years never missed paying rent, January 2026 didn't pay but in February I paid $400 didn't get a receipt I'm behind will pay the rest when I receive my receipt the third or move
One of the higher ups... dont know what her name is because her nor the other three ladies who were at park drive the other day, never introduced themselves... was very rude and cocky. Demanding I submit paperwork for another adult thats in my home. There was 4 women who gave me attitude and made me feel the size of an ant to where I had to walk out and I left in literal tears!
