CRM replaced a long term prior management company at this Staten Island Condo. CRM has made a significant and very positive impact on building financials, compliance with local laws, and replacement of staff who are hard. working and professional. CRM is very respondive to residents. The building is clean and orgsnized and compliance with rules is enforced. Great management company.
CRM stepped in to manage our building when it was it complete chaos. Reserves were low, capital improvements were dismissed for years, the list goes on. In short, the previous management completely neglected Bridgeview. Since 2018, which is the time they were hired, they have been tireless working towards improving the buildings reserve, chipping away at capital improvements, and finding long term solutions to work towards to ensure that the building is where it should be. We hired CRM at a critical juncture for our building. Meeting with Crystal was like a breath of fresh air. CRM certainly had their work cut out for them. Yet, in less than one year, there have been astonishing improvements in the way our building looks, operates, and serves its community. Our property manager, Marissa, is dedicated and proficient, and the building is humming now. I highly recommend CRM to anyone who wants positive changes for their co-op!

They helped me with my father's home within weeks, from collaberting repairs, fixing, cleaning, and renting appt and eventually sell the home.
