I could not be more disappointed with this firm. All went well at the time of closing, or so I thought. I called my homeowners insurance company back in May to update information and learned that CRM never paid for my flood policy so I have no flood insurance on my waterside property. I immediately called the title company and they confirmed CRM had been paid. I reached out to CRM and spoke to David Duarte who said he'd take care of it. This is a joke for a lending company, worse closing I have ever had.
If you are selling a house and the buyer is using this company don't waste your time. I am selling my house to some buyers who are using CRM Lending. CRM lending has postponed the settlement 3 times costing us approximately $1,000 in added expenses. The house is scheduled to settle again this week but there's no guarantee of that. Seller beware.
