Well and organized clinic with caring staff skilled doctors and promote service provides excellent patient care.
i have been a client for 1+ year. The hearing exam, the recommendations regarding hearing aids, as well as service were the best I have experienced in 10 years of wearing hearing aids. But my most recent interaction was above and beyond. on the Thurs before a holiday weekend, one of the aids wouldn't work. Sam, the receptionist took extra time to speak to the dr. and arrange a loner pair that same day. I recently referred a friend and she also had a great experience. Exceptional business.
I feel so lucky to have had Dr. Christine Russo-Mayer as my audiologist for the last 15+ years. In the past, other audiologists failed to help me but Dr. Russo-Mayer didn’t give up and has supported me since day one of working with her. She has been a blessing for me and my family.
