I hope that this isn't the only legal aid in Madera County. They don't answer their phone and they don't update their recording. There's no voicemail or way to leave a message.
Unfortunately for low income families like mine this is our only option when we don't know our rights. This is the second time contacting this office regarding the same issue. The first time a few months ago, to which I think I was given the wrong info. When I called them back to double check, no one ever got back to me. This last time I called roughly 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back.
