We have been referred to CRL a number of times over the last few years for x-rays and CT scans. We have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and their procedures. We've been given copies of the images to take and review on our own if desired. They even offer a significant self-pay/cash-pay discount for those of us who are members of Health-care Co-ops. Highly recommend.

I have been here numerous times (unfortunately). All of the staff have been awesome. Very quick and considerate. The front desk is always fast to acknowledge your presence and get you checked in with a friendly and helpful attitude. The techs have also been great. Courteous and friendly. Very helpful. I have never had an issue here.

There are some serious concerns about their radiologists reading reports over the last year for Allina Cambridge and Isanti clinics (the radiologists are from Consulting Radiologists). Our family has had them miss gallstones, calcified granuloma left upper lobe and a hiatal hernia (as noted by the Mayo clinic when reading the images months later) and arthritis (despite 2 doctors seeing it on the x-ray at Allina and a month later MRI showing large area of arthritis). I didnt think it was possible to be dis satisfied with an imaging company. Do not spend your $ here.
