Service was excellent!
Overall, OK appointment. Had put in for wheel alignment and for tire sensors to be assessed during an oil change but was told to schedule another appointment because it was too close to lunch and they wouldn't be able to complete it by then. I understand taking breaks, but reach out to the customer ahead of time to say that all of the services won't be completed, especially when allowing 11am appointments to be scheduled. Or maybe stagger lunch breaks.
