I was here last month to get my car inspected because I thought it was free since I bought my car there. At checkout, I was told that oil changes are free, not inspections (okay, my fault, no big deal). So fast forward to this month & I needed an oil change so I made an appointment here. At checkout, the SAME WOMAN who told me they were free a MONTH AGO says that’ll be $102.77… I’m like wait what? In 2022 i purchased my truck for $1200 over sticker price which i thought was over priced and ridiculous but had no choice at the time. i had Crivelli install leather seats after I purchased the truck upon picking my truck up I realized someone drove my truck 200 miles without my permission. When i attempt to get my truck inspected ,Crivelli will charge you. All they care about is getting your money. I just go to Harper for a free state inspection even though I didn't purchase the vehicle there.
They are Always polite and helpful . They are always quick with getting the maintenance work done . And what I like most is they send reminders of what needs to be done ..
