I was a Subcontractor for Verengo. They used my company to finish many of their projects before filing Chapter 11 and sold their company to Crius Energy. The new company decided not to pay $14k in debt owed and continued business under VERENGO’s name. I borrowed money so my employees wouldn’t lose their jobs and their families wouldn’t suffer.
