I was in Statesboro for a show,8 hours from home when my Sprinter Van messed up. I was able to get it to Critz in Savannah the next day,And after seeing the bind that I was in they helped me get back on the road back home within about 2 hours. Luckily they had the sensor that messed up and they were awesome enough to help me out! I appreciate the service staff and especially the Sprinter Tech (Nick I believe) for helping me get back going. These guys were an awesome help!

imraan,This gentleman did an excellent Job with the construction of explaining the E350 Mercedes-Benz with all the bells and whistles. I've had the car for about 2 and 1/2 years and I couldn't figure out anything. the lady that helped me last time was Jacqueline. I believe that was her name. made it harder for me to understand any of the things that I did. so I just rode around and never used any of the bells and whistles for 2 and 1/2 years. Imraan did a very professional and thorough job of orientation for the minutes aspects of the GLC 300 system. Highly recommend him to anyone.
