We’ve owned three Mercedes vehicles and had exceptional service experiences with our dealership in Atlanta, where we could always count on timely communication and a loaner vehicle during service. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received from Jacquelyn Reddish. She recently worked with my 77 and 78-year-old parents to help them get comfortable with their new vehicle, and her patience and expertise were truly remarkable.
