Ask for Edmond with the cool accent, usually im judged based how i look, and well not here actually i came with what i was looking for he did a great job even let me test drive the car so great service by him willing to go out the way to make sure deal goes great and smooth, i did buy the car….
Damn man i thought it be a great review but definitely its not, drove 7 hrs to make it there to sign and make the car and my only thing was if i was gonna buy if it had 2 keys, i did get two keys but one emded up not even being to the car i will definitely not be looking in the future with this car lot
I was lied to about maintenance that was supposed to be preformed on my vehicle ( $4,200)! Barely made it out the dealership driveway before problems recreated ! Went straight back with the issue only to be told the next day that part ($280 module) was no longer available anywhere and that my vehicle was now obsolete,('06 E-350) car sat at dealership for two months without any results , finally had to retrieve vehicle which did not make it home ( $200 tow ) ! By far the best automotive buying experience I’ve had! Working in the car business having to be on the consumer end can be a little difficult sometimes. But this team was an absolute dream to work with. My Sales Advisor Lucien was top notch no pressure, no silly games, very knowledgeable and helpful. Justin and Fiorella the Sales & Finance Manager were awesome to work with as well.
