I had a good experience purchasing a the 450e at Critz Mercedes. The staff were amazing. Edmund attended to me and was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process from looking up cars to selection and then purchase.
We were looking for a GLS 580 and couldn’t find one locally (Charlotte,NC) as they are hard to find. We located one at Critz and did everything over the phone…which we had never done before. The entire process was first class…professional, timely and efficient. From Edmund in sales, to Fiorella in finance and Jacquelyn in technology, all were excellent.
