The Service Department took good care of my truck. Mr. Sloan made sure that I had an Uber ride to get home after I left my vehicle for service. The service was very good.
Great service from Cody Turner! He was very polite and helped walk us through our car journey. My husband and I are first time car buyers lol and Cody helped us feel comfortable, wasn’t pushy, and didn’t flinch a bit at all my picky requests! We decided to wait and look at a car that wasn’t quite serviced yet and not fully up for sale and he has been on it, sending us pictures, giving us a set time it’ll be done being serviced, and just keeping us updated and checking in. I rarely leave negative reviews, and until Critz contacted me themselves, I had not even reached out to them asking for assistance or planned on leaving a review. I purchased a vehicle from Critz, and before I had even owned it for a full year, the vehicle broke down and required several thousand dollars in repairs.
