Lucien McLeod, our salesperson was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He followed up regularly to ask if I had questions or needed any additional information on the car and provided great support in my decision making process. Jackie Reddish, is a Tech Wiz, who effectively took me through all of the features of the car. Overall everyone at Critz made me feel valued and an important.

Takes a long lead time to make an appointment if you need a car to use. The courtesy vehicles are adequate but very dirty inside and outside. This doesn’t showcase their late models very well. I was also very surprised that simple filter replacement and an old change can add to 764. I saw the video inspection of the under carriage which was nice but not for 200 ! Labor rates are ridiculous and then you charge me for using my credit card! My Carlsbad ca dealership was much more consumer focused. Then my car arrived with white... read more
