Terrible customer service.
The whole experience was phenomenal. It was probably the best I ever experience. The process was extremely easy and fast I was in and out. Not like the other dealers a whole day. It is my first GMC H EV 2x

Absolutely horrible experience with their service department. This was not the first time either but I was giving them another shot. Had my vehicle towed there after it broke down. They ran diagnostic on it and never called me. I had to call them twice to find out what the diagnosis was. I was then told this particular part was broken with no detailed explanation and that it would cost over $8,000 to replace it.
