This was a year ago I came to update my review I’ve had a very disappointing experience with your service department. It’s frustrating that only one service advisor seems able to assist, and the overall customer service feels lacking. Having received service at Critz Mercedes, the difference is noticeable—the staff there is attentive, and the experience is far more professional. Amazing all the way from start to finish!!! I hate car shopping but this is the best experience I have ever had. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. Philip and the entire team were on it every step of the way. In and out to test drive then a week later, in and out in an hour. All paperwork and everything! If I ever have to purchase a new car again, I won’t hesitate to go to Critz BMW to work with Philip and the team again. A-mazing!!!
