Worst customer service at Critz BMW today! I had an emergency with my 2024 XB7 and needed assistance. I started calling at 9 AM, left two messages, and kept calling—only to get voicemail every time. By 12 PM, out of frustration, I called the sales department and asked to speak with the service manager, only to be told that the service manager wasn’t in today and that there was only one service advisor available.
