Mercedes Savannah do not want to replace airbag (Takata Recall). Always pass you to a voice message (Recall Manager)and he never answer the phone/never return calls. 😡. Zero accountability.
I have to give credit where credit is due. I have done buisness with parts and service (always excellent) but bought a 435 from Jesse last week and it was a very easy, no pressure process - he even met me on his day off! Thanks to the entire team! Keep it up!
